Love of Pets
For those of us with four legged friends, there is nothing more frustrating than having to leave town and wondering if your child will be well taken care of while you are gone.
The Dog House Pet Salon totally understands. The staff has a great love for animals as they ensure my dogs' wants and needs are met. He's always happy and clean when I get home.
I've used the grooming services as well with my Old English. They did a super job.

We have used them for boarding, doggie day care and grooming and cannot be more impressed with the service and the facility. The staff members are polite and courteous and know our dog by name as soon as we walk in.
The facility is amazing and one of the cleanest we have ever seen. Since our first tour of the facility, we continue to be amazed at how clean it is every time we visit.
We do not live in the area but want the best for our Karley, so we feel it is worth the drive to receive the high level of customer service and quality care each time we visit.

Great Place
We went to visit The Dog House Pet Salon because we were so impressed by all the dogs playing in their outside area as we drove by one day. Upon our surprise arrival, we were greeted with a friendly, smiling staff. We must have come during their peak hours because the lobby was full of people. Regardless of how busy they were, we were still greeted immediately by a girl named Destiny.
I explained to her that my husband and I were there for a tour but could come back as we saw they were busy. She assured me that she would be right with us and it was no problem to give us a tour. The place was amazing! The rooms the dogs play in have TV's, beds and toys. Best of all it did not stink like dogs had been in the rooms playing all day! When the tour was finished, Destiny explained how the daycare was included in our boarding price and that our puppy would be playing with all the other puppies and we could watch them on the webcam while we are on vacation. That put us at ease.
We've been using The Dog House Pet Salon for almost 3 months now with our Schnauzer, June Bug, and we will be using their place in the near future for our new puppy in April.

Mia’s Mom
My dog loves it at The Dog House Pet Salon and they love her! We've been coming since they opened and the owner and staff are wonderful. I have a Shih Tzu who needs lots of exercise during the day and when she comes home from daycare at The Dog House she is so tired, it is a real treat for all of us!

Excellent Atmosphere
We live around the corner from The Dog House Pet Salon, but even if I move across town I will still bring in my dog for their grooming. Even when my dog had only been there twice, I was blown away as every employee that walked thru the lobby area greeted him by name. He is so excited when we pull into the driveway, and to me that is the best reassurance a pet owner can have. They have the best staff and my dog loves it there, I couldn’t ask for a better place.

God Send
As a "high maintenance" owner of three Pomeranians, The Dog House is such a blessing to me and my babies. The staff there has taken the time to learn about the needs of each of my dogs and the specific way I want them to look.
I can’t ask for a better grooming salon. It has taken me sometime to really find someone who I am completely comfortable with knowing that my babies and I will all be happy with each and every hair cut. I recommend The Dog House Pet Salon if you are a “high maintenance” owner like myself or just looking for a great hair cut!

Professional & Caring
I really enjoy the wonderful care that my pet Annie has receives each time I take her to The Dog House Pet Salon. From the moment I walked in my pet Annie and I were received with a warm welcome. Their grooming services are wonderful and pet care excellent. I feel so great going to work knowing that my puppy can interact with other dogs that are her peers in safe, clean, antimicrobial environment. I know she gets socialization and entertainment while she is there. It's a great feeling to know that my dog is having fun. I can even order lunch for her there. Fantastic, I definitely recommend The Dog House Pet Salon to any dog owner.

Best kennel ever!
Just knowing my dogs aren't in a cage all day really puts my mind at ease. The staff goes out of their way to make your pets time away from home very special.

My pup's 2nd home!
Everyone at The Dog House Pet Salon (TDHPS) knows my pup by name: Rudy. Before I’m even out of car there is usually someone calling “Ruuuudy” from the play yard. In response, Rudy immediately begins to pull on his leash, having already gotten very excited in the car when he realized we were making the turn onto Richmond. Once we are inside, he is immediately greeted by the owner Donna (when we are at home and I ask him, “Do you want to go see Donna?” he sprints to the door) where he gets a kiss and then is sent to play. I couldn’t feel more comfortable dropping him off there. I’ve been taking Rudy there since September of 2009 for boarding and day care, and I have to say it has been one of my best finds in Houston. Not only is it affordable but the entire staff really loves dogs and are affectionate and caring. And let me tell you, Rudy is a handful. He is definitely good and affectionate but he is also very hyper and thinks he’s the boss of everyone and everything. It takes a special staff to be so good with him. We boarded him for 12 days over the Christmas break which made me nervous but he had a blast and I checked in on him almost everyday on the webcams and phoned occasionally for a check in, everyone always assured me that everything was great. Finally, every time I go to TDHPS I feel as if I am being dealt with honestly. For example, one time Rudy threw up during day care, the staff was on top of this immediately and took him out of play group and let him rest until I came to pick him, where Donna let me know immediately. In retrospect, he probably just overdid it or drank too much water but I really appreciated the care, concern, and the updates. Knowing, they are keeping an eye on him only makes me feel better when I drop him off. Finally, it feels great to pick him up after a long day of work, let him hop into the car and then have him fall asleep before I even pull into my driveway.

Congratulations
I am proud that I bring my dog to The Dog House Pet Salon and I am so happy with your services, you, your staff and the way all of you make my dog feel so special. I never thought I would ever find a place that my Madison would actually be excited to be at - especially since she is an older dog. I want to thank you again for the joy you have brought to my life and to Madison's. You are the best and I am so glad I found you guys!

Highly Recommend
The people are so nice and treat each dog as an individual. I was very skeptical at first but they calmed my fears. My Daphne loves going there. She plays so much, she sleeps when she gets home and she is still a puppy.

I left my dog for 10 days. Fred did a great job assuring me that everything would be alright. He told me to watch my dog on the internet. My dog did great and had a great time. I appreciate everything that everyone did that took care of my dog. I will return.
