The Dog House Pet Salon offers a range of professional pet care services, including but not limited to: • Grooming Services: Professional bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and other grooming procedures tailored to your pet's needs. • Boarding Services: Short-term and extended pet boarding at our facilities with trained staff supervision and personalized care. • Daycare Services: Daily pet supervision and care in a safe, supervised environment. • Online Appointment Booking: Website and digital platform for scheduling appointments and managing your reservations. All TDHPS services are performed or supervised by trained and experienced pet care professionals. Our services are provided at our three locations in the Houston area: Galleria (5917 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77057), Memorial Park (6434 Washington Ave., Houston, TX 77007), and Pearland (2810 Business Center Dr. #126, Pearland, TX 77584).

Eligibility and Account Requirements

You represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). • You have the legal authority to enter into these terms and to use our services. • If booking services for a pet belonging to another person, you have permission to provide their information and to make booking decisions on their behalf. • All information you provide to us—including your name, contact information, pet information, health disclosures, and behavioral notes—is accurate, complete, and current. • You will maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials (username, password) provided to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Health and Safety Warranties: By booking or using our services, you represent and warrant that: • Any pet(s) for which you book services are in good health and have received appropriate veterinary care. • Your pet(s) are current on all required vaccinations as specified below. • You will fully disclose any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, allergies, medication requirements, or special needs prior to service. • You assume full responsibility for your pet's health and well-being while in our care. • You are not aware of any contagious conditions, diseases, or infectious illnesses your pet may have. Required Vaccinations: For Boarding and Daycare Services: • Rabies (current) • Distemper (DHPP) (current) • Bordetella (current) • Canine Influenza is recommended but not required For Grooming Services: • Bordetella (current) All required vaccinations must be current before service or check-in. You certify that your pet's vaccinations are current and you have records available upon request. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information when booking appointments or creating accounts. • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with website security or functionality. • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content. • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against our staff or other customers. • Engage in any illegal activity or activity that violates these terms. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our website or systems.

Restricted Access

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. The Dog House Pet Salon reserves the right to restrict access to other areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at our discretion. Online Appointment Booking

Scheduling and Confirmation: • Appointments are subject to availability at the time of booking request. • Online booking requests do not constitute confirmed appointments until you receive confirmation from our staff via email, phone, or our booking system. • We reserve the right to decline, modify, or reschedule appointment requests based on capacity, pet requirements, or behavioral concerns. • Confirmation details will be sent to the email or phone number provided at booking. • You must provide accurate contact information to receive appointment reminders and updates. Service Information: When booking, you may be asked to provide: • Your pet's name, age, breed, weight, and any distinguishing markings. • Grooming preferences (haircut style, length, coloring, styling instructions). • Any special instructions, concerns, or requests. • Behavioral notes, medical information, medication requirements, or special dietary needs relevant to the service. This information helps us provide the best possible care, ensures the safety of your pet, and allows our staff to prepare appropriately for your appointment.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Boarding Deposit and Cancellation Policy: • A $25.00 per-pet deposit is required at the time of booking for boarding reservations. • This deposit is non-refundable but is NOT forfeited. Instead, it remains a permanent customer credit applicable toward any future The Dog House Pet Salon service or retail purchase. • Boarding deposit credits do not expire. • Boarding deposit credits are non-transferable. • Boarding deposit credits may be applied toward any future TDHPS service or retail product. • No additional cancellation fees apply to boarding services; the deposit structure is the sole cancellation/holding mechanism for boarding. Rescheduling: • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and are treated as new booking requests. • Boarding deposit credits may be applied to rescheduled boarding appointments. • Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. • Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis; contact us at 713.820.6140 or galleria@thedoghouseps.com.

Payments and Fees

Payment Terms: • Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance and confirmed with our staff. • We accept multiple payment methods (specific payment methods available will be displayed at checkout and during booking confirmation). • Prices are subject to change; current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Service Fees and Additional Charges: Standard grooming and boarding fees are based on service type (grooming, boarding, daycare), pet size and weight, duration of service, and complexity of grooming (e.g., breed, coat condition). Additional charges may apply for: • Special grooming requests or de-matting treatments for severely matted coats. • Behavioral incidents requiring extra time, multiple staff members, or additional handling care. • Supplies or products not included in standard packages (e.g., special shampoos, flea treatments, premium conditioners). • Emergency veterinary treatment or medical care required during the appointment (with your prior consent or emergency authorization). Refunds: • Refunds are issued only in cases of service cancellation by The Dog House Pet Salon. • Refund requests for disputed charges or unsatisfactory service must be submitted within 30 days of the service date. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Emergency Veterinary Care

Authorization and Procedure: If your pet experiences a medical emergency during boarding, grooming, or daycare services, TDHPS may obtain emergency veterinary care from a licensed veterinarian or veterinary facility whenever reasonably necessary to protect your pet's health and safety. • TDHPS will attempt to contact you and your designated emergency contact before proceeding with treatment whenever circumstances reasonably permit. • If you cannot be reached and immediate veterinary treatment is reasonably necessary to protect your pet's health or safety, TDHPS is authorized to transport your pet for emergency care and provide treatment without awaiting your explicit approval. • No fixed waiting period shall be imposed if immediate treatment is reasonably necessary. Cost Responsibility: • You agree to pay all veterinary costs incurred in connection with emergency care provided during our services, unless the emergency resulted from The Dog House Pet Salon's legally established negligence or misconduct. • Payment for emergency veterinary services shall be due upon receipt of the veterinary invoice. • You authorize The Dog House Pet Salon to share necessary medical information about your pet with veterinary providers for the purpose of emergency treatment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software code, and design elements — is the property of The Dog House Pet Salon, Inc. or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Executed Waiver at Check-In: At the time of your first service with The Dog House Pet Salon, you will be asked to execute a signed Customer Agreement/Contract/Waiver acknowledging these terms and assuming the risks outlined above. Subsequent services are performed under that executed agreement unless The Dog House Pet Salon requires an updated waiver. This executed waiver, combined with your acceptance of these Terms of Use, constitutes your full agreement with The Dog House Pet Salon regarding services provided.

Indemnity
