Hello Future Groomers,
Welcome to The Dog House Pet Salon Grooming School! My name is Donna Williams, and I’m excited to tell you about our dog grooming program here in Houston, Texas.
When I started grooming pets over 25 years ago, it was tough. I didn’t have anyone to show me the ropes, and there were so many things I had to figure out on my own. I prayed for a school that could teach me everything I needed to know to be successful.
That’s why I decided to start our grooming school – to help people like you who want to learn and succeed in pet grooming. After starting my first shop over 15 years ago, and now having 3 locations, I can tell you a thing or two about successful dog grooming.
I designed our program to give you a ton of hands-on practice and real-world experience. One of the hardest things I faced was learning to groom pets quickly but still make them look great.
That’s why we focus on practical skills you’ll use daily. We don’t teach fancy stuff like color dyeing or crazy haircuts. Instead, we’ll show you how to do high-quality grooming quickly with standard cuts that customers love. I’ll share all my secret tricks to help you work efficiently and make pets look their best.
At The Dog House Pet Salon Grooming School, we create a friendly and challenging learning environment.
You’ll learn everything from basic grooming to advanced styles, working with different breeds to learn how to meet each pet’s unique needs.
Working alongside experienced groomers in our busy salon will build your skills and confidence, so you’re ready for any grooming challenge.
