Boarding Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Our boarding facility is often full and as a result, we sometimes must turn potential guests away. No shows or last-minute cancellations take away spots needed by other guests requesting accommodations. To serve our clients better, we have a reservation and deposit policy.
- A deposit of $25.00 per pet is required at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received, the booking will not be made.
- Any Cancellation before your boarding check-in date or “no-show”, agree to forfeit their full deposit.
- All forfeited deposits will be posted on the guests account for future use towards any service or retail product.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be due at pick-up.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
